I have played Magic The Gathering (borderline obsessively) for about five years now, and my favorite aspect of the game is creating new and exciting deck builds. This ever expansive and complex game can not only lead to some of the most engaging gameplay I've ever experienced in gaming, but also the unique opportunity to express oneself through deck building.
Everybody approaches deck building differently, so what's new with me? Well, I'm sure I'm not the only one who approaches it this way, however, I mainly focus on style/flavor, and a core mechanic. I love having decks that not only run well, but are built off of fun themes or synergies. With this blog, I will be diving deep into my own personal decks, building flavor decks, and exploring fun new combinations across formats.
Wether you know what a Planeswalker is or you vaguely know those nerdy cards you see in stores, I hope to have a little something for everybody to take away. I talk about music and art all the time on my social media, so now its time to nerd out!
First post coming, I'll be looking at the build for my super friends deck named after the Amazon Prime show, "The Boys"!
